Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had some positives, like being within walking distance of plenty of small quirky streets and friendly people, but the rooms were very noisy at night, especially being on the ground floor with a small dark window facing an enclosed courtyard. The air conditioning didn't sufficiently warm up the room, and there were no windows which made it feel a bit closed off.
The hotel is ideal for short city breaks with clean rooms but overly small and in a separate building across the street, which can be inconvenient. The courtyard-facing window lacks privacy and security, requiring caution when open.
The hotel had large, lovely rooms with a spa bath, an internal balcony, and thoughtful touches like chocolates and champagne. The service was friendly and welcoming, but lacked a bit of extra dedication found in other hotels. Its central location made exploring easy, with many dining options nearby. The dining was good but somewhat pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and warm with a lovely view of the inner courtyard, making for a relaxing morning atmosphere. The service was professional, though a bit more warmth in customer interactions would have been nice. The location was perfect, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming, but the overall value for money was decent.
The hotel is situated in the center of Seville, close to major attractions and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit small and claustrophobic, come with a private patio garden and a complimentary chocolate dish. The service is professional but lacks a bit of warmth. The dining experience outside the hotel was lovely, accompanied by friendly service. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot or using nearby transportation.
The hotel has spacious rooms overlooking an open sky internal 'courtyard,' equipped with good air conditioning and a modern room safe large enough for a laptop. Though I was given a room inferior to the one I booked, which was a deluxe double, the accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped.
